Keep Your Experience Section Fresh
Your Experience section isn’t set in stone. Update it when things actually happen.
Ship a feature? Add it. Lead a project? Write it down. Learn a new stack? Put it there. Recruiters read this section carefully. If it looks old, they’ll think you stopped growing.
Write like you talk. Use action words. Focus on what you built, not what you were “responsible for.” Compare these: “Built a React dashboard that cut load time by 40%” versus “Responsible for frontend development.” One tells a story. The other just fills space.
Fresh updates signal you’re still learning. That’s what people want to see.
